The estimated selling price you gave us was way above what other brokers had told us and as for your boast that you could sell it within a week we figured that it was just so much hot air.

However, after talking to Bob Wright and Ethan Gearhart here at Lakeland Colony and hearing them singing your praises and telling us that you had sold their homes in a couple of days at a very good price we decided to give you a chance.

Recently my wife and I decided to put our house up for sale again. Our hope was to make a fair profit, and to use our new monies for a bigger house. We were skeptical, and questioned our decision to go through with the process for a second time. When we first decided to place our lake home on the market we selected what we perceived to be the three largest realtors in the area: Chant, Coldwell Banker and REMAX North.
